A few days ago, I wrote a bit about my ‘USA Saga’…. nothing goes quite as I’m told with anything to do with the States, it seems!

I’ve arranged for some of my ‘stuff’ – not furniture or household stuff, just personal possessions – to be shipped back to the UK. I was told it would be 6 weeks on ‘the water’ and then 10 days going through customs. Just heard tonight that it’s being shipped on 13th May, and will arrive in Belfast on 28th May. And there I was, relaxing a bit as I thought I wouldn’t see it for months, and now I’ve got to find somewhere to store it! Would value your prayers for this, as the shipping was considerably more than I’d been informed originally, and I don’t really want to have huge storage costs while I sort it all out, purely from a financial point of view…
